Woofy Market is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Woofy Market is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
