Returns & Refunds Policy

At Woofy Market, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Items showing visible wear, damage, or missing parts may not be accepted.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Dog grooming tools

  • Dog hygiene products

  • Opened food or treats

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  1. Inspect it within 2–5 business days.

  2. Notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

  3. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after being placed.
After this window, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
